Welcome to the Accutendance mobile application provided by Easysofts Tech ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Accutendance App handles information and what (if any) data is stored.
The App receives push notifications from your organisation or a service provider. We do not collect, transmit, or store the content of these notifications on any server — notification delivery is handled by the sender and the device's push service.
The App stores data only on the user's device using an embedded SQLite database. This data remains local to the device and is not uploaded to any remote server by the App.
The App requires only the following permissions:

We use the limited information described above solely to enable the App's functionality:
We do not use data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or any third-party marketing.
All stored data remains on your device only. The App does not transmit or synchronize local database contents to any cloud or external server. If you uninstall the App, local data stored in the app sandbox (including the SQLite database) will be removed according to the operating system behavior.
We do not share, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties. No external analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used by the App.
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided personal data, uninstalling the App will remove all local data for that installation.
Because the App does not collect or maintain user data on servers we control, there is no account-level data for us to modify or delete. To remove data stored by the App, uninstall the application or clear app data via the device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
